Job Summary
Within the UofL Health Talent Acquisition organization, the TA Supervisor will lead a team of 7-9 recruiters to achieve hiring targets. This leader will support the culture, high performance, and execution of Talent Acquisition practices through the entire recruiting life cycle. This leadership position will work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and internal stakeholders to execute a positive recruiting and onboarding experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition with a focus on hiring manager partnerships.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Director, Total Rewards, Human Resource Operations, and Marketing to build the right infrastructure to support our recruiting and onboarding teams.
- Seek continuous improvement to processes impacting candidate, hiring leader, and recruiter experiences.
- Strategize ways to build talent pipelines for recruiting events and sourcing campaigns.
- Work on complex problems and provide highly creative solutions.
- Serve as an organization spokesperson on specialized projects or programs, as needed.
- Create a culture of listening, speaking up, and providing feedback across the HR organization.
- Analyze data from multiple sources and present recommendations to Sr Leadership.

Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
Experience Required:
- 3+ years’ experience in a position requiring demonstrated leadership ability.
- Experience in all levels of exempt and non-exempt recruitment.
- Ability to build scalable solutions to optimize and iterate on existing processes to enable successful hiring
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining trust-based, collaborative relationships and influencing others
- Experience with ATS infrastructure, including Workday
