We are growing - join our team of supported employment professionals in our Council Bluffs area! Vodec is adding to its team in order to provide supported employment services to our consumers. Vodec is a non-profit organization committed to providing services for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

We are currently seeking well-qualified candidates to assume the duties of our Supported Employment Assistant. The position will work as part of a team that assists consumers in their efforts to become job ready and find quality employment. The Supported Employment Assistant is responsible for supporting participants in all aspects of pre-employment and employment programming and success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Associate Degree, or six months’ experience performing similar functions in a similar organization with a high school or equivalent diploma
• Satisfactory driving record (no more than three moving violations in the most recent 36-month period)
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for vehicle type being required to operate and maintain
• Reliable personal transportation for job performance as may be occasionally required and having that personal transportation insured. Proof of insurance must be submitted and maintained
