Title: Technical Project Manager
Location: Columbia, MD, Hybrid
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain (U.S. Citizenship is Required)
Salary: Starting at $110,000 - $130,000
Position Type: Full-Time

The Opportunity
TeamWorx Security is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team. We are a distributed team of software engineers specializing in the development and application of automation and analytic software solutions for our customers. You will be embedded with both our government customer and our technical teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that drive maximum value for our customer's ecosystem. Your expertise and contributions will deliver business-critical functionality and the development and deployment of new capabilities. Our technical team is involved in all aspects of the development process ranging from DevOps to front-end usability, deploying our machine learning solutions, and building distributed back-end systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience setting up and leading software application development teams.
• Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and the ability to lead Agile software teams.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships with subject matter experts and business development teams to understand customer needs.
• Must have program management experience in large to mid-scale development projects.
• Experience in understanding data modeling, JavaScript web application architecture, and programming concepts.
• Knowledge of JavaScript solutions and products available in the market.

• Managerial understanding of how to design and build applications for scale and performance.
• Foundational background in Agile development methodologies and implementation.
• Some familiarity understanding UI/UX components and data visualizations.

What We Think You Need

• Must be local to MD/DC/VA - currently no fully remote or relocation available.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related technical discipline.
• At least five (5) years of experience managing and delivering larger scale business and technology applications/products.
• US citizenship required and must be willing to submit for a DoD security clearance (if you already hold one, even better!).
