Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Type: Fulfillment and Warehousing

Reports to: Distribution Manager

Salary Range: $17.25 – $19.25 per hour

Location:
2498 West 2ndAve Denver, CO 80223

Position Objective:
We are seeking astrong individual
for our warehousing department who willhelp with picking, packing, bud pre-packing, quality control, and the fulfillmentof orders going to retail stores. The individual must be willing to be flexiblein job role as to where the need is in fulfilling customer orders. Our warehousedepartment is a fast-paced work environment that requires attention to detail.As a Warehouse Associate, the work performed by the employee shall be under thegeneral supervision of the DC Manager.

Essential Functions:
·

Fill, box, and label product
to meet daily packaging targets according to SOPS and KPI Targets.

·

Sticker outbound product with QRstickers.

·

Put-Away inbound product into properlocations

·

Be able to climb 10-foot ladder inracking locations

·

Ability to operate a pallet jack inbetween racking and around warehouse

·

Clean and Organize workstations to 5Sstandards set by Manager.

·

Perform daily janitorial tasks(sweeping, cleaning, mopping, taking out trash, washing fixtures, etc.) ofassigned work area
areas

·

Ensure all finished goods have been checked to meet quality standards

·

Develop a strong understanding of the Sage warehouse management system

·

Observe and maintain the higheststandards of
5S methodology

·

Execute daily, weekly, and monthlyroutine equipment cleaning and maintenance

·

Package
finishedproducts
with a high degree of task-focus

·

Adhere to all safety rules andregulations

·

Ensures work area is clean and freeof safety hazards

·

A positive and professional attitudeand a consistent work ethic; must be self-motivated and work well alone as wellas on a team.

Ability to remain flexible to changesin responsibilities and scheduling

·

Ability to obtain Colorado MarijuanaEnforcement Division (MED) badge

Education andExperience Required:

Must be at least 21 years of
age

High School Diploma or GED

Mustpossess, at their own expense, an unexpired MED Industry Employee badge priorto employment and
at all times thereafter as an employee ofthe company.

Must beable to stand and sit for extended periods at a
time

Must beable to lift a 50-pound load and carry it for 50 feet
repeatedly

Working Conditions (Schedule,Environment, Travel)

This position isheld within a highly compliant and secured warehousing facility.

Willing toperform additional duties as necessary to maintain a compliant, clean, safe,and inviting environment for our team members and customers supporting alllicensed activities is required.

Schedule will vary depending on the needsof the business (Nights, Weekends, Holidays included).
