Seton Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, of Orwigsburg, PA is seeking to hire compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team for our WEEKEND PROGRAM!!

We are looking for RNs and LPNs to grow with our facility who have experience with supervising a caring staff and thrives on providing exemplary customer service!

Shift: 8, 12 or 16 hour shifts available

Positions: LPNs, RNs and RN Supervisor

The most successful candidate for this position:

  • Has at least 1 year of experience in the long-term care OR rehab setting preferred
  • Embraces our person-centered care approach to meet each resident’s needs and preferences
  • Possesses a true passion for excellence in nursing care
  • Demonstrates the ability to remain calm and perform effectively during peak periods of activity and emergency situations
  • Effectively interacts with residents, their family members, and the healthcare team members

The responsibilities & duties:

  • In coordination with the healthcare team, assesses, plans, directs, evaluates, and modifies each resident’s care plan to meet with his/her physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs
  • Manage emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner
  • Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records
  • Completes medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents

The Qualifications:

  • Must possess an LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania upon hire
  • Valid CPR training
  • Ability to perform physical tasks required of skilled nursing
