Who we are: ABriteWay Window Cleaning has been serving the Whatcom area since 1995. We specialize in both inside and outside residential window cleaning. Other aspects of residential home maintenance like gutter cleaning and power washing are a smaller part of what we offer.

When: You should be available between 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday - Friday. Most work is done between 9:00-5:00. Some days we run late, often they are shorter. Full time March-November, full to part time December- February. Opportunities for overtime and weekend work in the peak season. Major U.S. holidays and others are paid days off.

Who we are looking for: No prior experience necessary. We are looking for someone who is a reliable, hardworking, friendly, honest, careful, person with an eye for detail to assist in the cleaning of residential and commercial property windows. We want players who go the extra mile to do the right thing, take responsibility for their actions, and enjoy an honest day's work.

Are you a quick learner, enjoy working with others or on occasion by yourself, a good communicator, and enjoy meeting new people?

This is a general labor position and a perfect opportunity for anyone currently working as a construction or warehouse worker, laborers, restaurant and hospitality workers, cashiers, servers, line cooks and retail/customer service workers. The job requires work on ladders and sometimes roofs so you must have a healthy respect for heights. You must be able to lift, carry, set up, and climb up to a 28’ ladder, able to bend, climb, kneel and work on your feet for most of the day in a relaxed, but fast-paced, environment.

Applicants must be over 18 years old, have a valid driver's license, car insurance and a good driving record. You must also be legally able to work in the United States.

Dependable transportation is necessary, however your vehicle will only be used to get to the daily meeting location, not to the job site.

What you will be doing: You will be responsible for the window cleaning of residential and commercial properties often both inside and out. You will be offered the training necessary to become an expert in this. We are not into terribly technical projects needing ropework, steep roof access, or larger ladders, etc. Work should be safe & fun.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
