Acre Windows and Doors is Looking for Experienced Installers!

The Acre Team is looking for hardworking and dependable Installers to join the longest, and most respected Andersen Certified Installer in the country. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for installing the best and most recognized window name in the industry. All materials for each job will be provided to you at our warehouse each morning. Focusing on residential installations, you would be expected to drive to the jobsite every day and complete installations in a timely, high quality manner. We at Acre have over 100 years of combined experience, and we are looking for an experienced person to join our team.

We require at least 6 months-3 years of experience in installing windows and doors for this position. This is a position you can grow into very rapidly potentially leading you down a path of becoming a CREW LEAD!

As a member of our team we expect the following:

• Use of your own tools

-Truck or dependable form of transportation- you can ride with your crew daily. you just need a valid form of transportation to the office every morning.

• Valid Drivers License

• Ability to pass a background check/drug test

• Ability to maintain a safe and clean environment

• Carpentry skills including use of power tools

• Physical stamina

• Flexible Schedule

• Daily communication with our customers

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Inspect the area prior to installation

• Install new construction or replacement windows

• Complete the installation in a timely manner without sacrificing quality

• Climb ladders or scaffolding

• Operate a lift (preferred not required)

• Collect payment from customer(s)

• Modify existing openings

• Load and unload windows and doors to and from jobsite

• Interior and exterior trim work

• Caulk and cap new windows

• Clean jobsite during and after completion

• Perform a post-installation inspection to ensure customer satisfaction
