Job description

We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing and maintaining our Zoho CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, and providing insight into customer behavior and trends. The candidate will also work with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement CRM strategies and workflows to increase sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Zoho CRM features, functions and integrations to meet the needs of our sales and marketing teams.

• Ensure data accuracy and maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Provide technical expertise to develop and implement CRM workflows and strategies to streamline sales processes and improve customer engagement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Zoho CRM with other business systems, applications, and platforms.

• Provide regular reports on sales and customer behavior to the sales and marketing teams.

• Train new employees on how to use the customized Zoho CRM system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience developing and customizing Zoho CRM systems.

• Knowledge of Zoho CRM features such as campaigns, leads, contacts, deals, and reports.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.

• Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow and other Zoho platforms is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A deep understanding of sales processes and customer engagement.

• Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
