Perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks.
Key duties and details for HR Generalist:
- Provide support to the HR Manager and VP of Human Resources as requested
- Assist with administering the compensation and benefit plans
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiative
- Promote HR/People Operations programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records
- Salary: $40,000-$45,000/year
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- PHR or SHRM certification is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems is a plus
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, people management skills and time management skills
- Highly developed interpersonal, presentation, and oral/written communication skills
