construction company operating out of Pensacola is searching for a
highly organized Temporary Administrative Assistant. This is an

What you’ll be doing to make an impact:
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Send emails to various departments
- Assisting operations team as needed
- Coordinating with Payroll Manager as needed
- Coordinating with Account Payable as needed
- High School Diploma required
- Comfortable on the computer
- Professional phone etiquette
- Attention to detail
- Great communication- both written and verbal
- Construction experience a plus
- For this position, you will be paid $18-$20/hour
- A regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- This temporary position will last as needed
