We are one of the top Kia dealerships in Pennsylvania! We are part of the Burlington Automotive Group which have 14 dealerships in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and we continue to grow! We have a high volume service department and we are currently seeking a qualified Service Advisor. Construction will begin soon to add additional service bays to allow us to provide even better service to our customers.

Our environment is fast paced and our preferred candidate must be highly skilled at performing multiple service operations. The ideal candidate has the ability to self manage and resolve difficult customer situations while being responsible to maintain high CSI standards and maintaining a positive customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual with the ability to increase their income by meeting and exceeding goals. You will be responsible for all aspects of the service process from checking in the customer, writing up repair orders, working with technicians to review recommendations and completing customer invoices. Organizational skills and exceptional communication are required.

You may eligible for bonuses and prizes from third party vendors above and beyond your company compensation.

A transitional salary may be available to allow the candidate time to become familiar with our DMS and other operating systems. A signing bonus may be available for qualified candidates.

All full time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401k (with company match), paid sick, vacation, and holiday time (after probation period). Candidate must complete a pre-employment background check and have a valid drivers license.

Hours are Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
