Tasca Buick GMC has an opening for a Experienced Automotive Service Advisor - Writer to join our growing team. We are a very busy family owned and operated dealership with busy workflow, an experienced service team, and a very up-to-date facility and technology and pride ourselves in customer service.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and prior Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Experience. Additionally, we offer the opportunity for very competitive income, benefits, and an enjoyable work environment.

• Schedule customer service appointments
• Greeting customers in a professional manner
• Accurate write up of customer concerns
• Convey expect cost and obtaining approval of repairs
• Tracking of vehicle and communicating progress to customer
• Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
• Performing any additional task assigned by management

Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• CDK Experience
• Professional appearance
• Positive attitude
• Strong automotive knowledge or previous automotive related experience
• Commitment to being a team player
• Clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
