Bakery Production

We are seeking a Bakery Production professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for preforming a wide range of duties related to the production and preparation of various baked goods.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing and measuring ingredients for recipes

- Operating mixers, rollers, sheeters, etc.in the production process

- Mixing, forming, shaping dough according to recipe specifications

- Operating ovens by baking products to desired doneness

- Packaging of finished baked goods

- Maintaining accurate production records and ensuring finished products meet the quality standards

- Adapting and modifying recipes as necessary to meet customer needs

Requirements:

- Experience in a commercial bakery, production, or manufacturing environment preferred

- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail

- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment

- Good communication and time management skills

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

- Knowledge of health and safety procedures a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
