This position will be part of a busy and dynamic working environment at CFG Bank Arena. This position is responsible for ticket sales with a specialization in Ticketmaster Host & TM1 Sales and providing excellent customer service for our world-class events, including will call service, as needed. This role is supported by and works closely with the entire ticketing team.

Opening February 2023, CFG Bank Arena is a 13,000+ seat, reimagined world class concert and entertainment venue. A premier destination for fans and artists, CFG Bank Arena will showcase over $200MM+ in renovations, including modernized, state-of-the-art acoustics, superior suites and exclusive club levels, premium contemporary seating, reimagined concourses, upscale culinary experiences in food & beverage selections, and more! Located in the heart of Baltimore, the venue will include a new exterior façade, green scaping and enhanced lighting, this iconic landmark will offer guests the ultimate entertainment experience in town. Rich in history, uniting fans with memories old and new, CFG Bank Arena will host 120+ shows annually including the hottest artists on the planet. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daytime ticket sales
• Accurately process payments for tickets while following all proper box office selling and payment procedures

• Complete phone calls with prompt and courteous attitude
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, responding professionally, promptly, and efficiently to customer service requests and needs
• Facilitate night-of-show will call
• Sell tickets in Ticketmaster Host, TM1, and Archtics computer programs
• Process opening and closing paperwork
• Answer questions regarding events, tickets, and schedules
• Remain current with new software and product releases

• Perform all other duties as assigned by ticketing management team
• Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, and sitting are required, as well as exposure to multiple external elements and extensive walking through the arena, including inclines and stairs

• Occasionally work events as needed
• Facilitate special events
• Process building ticket orders
• Process group sales orders
• Other duties as assigned
• Approximate schedule: 10:30am – 4pm Monday through Friday

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Previous ticketing and/or customer service experience preferred
• Must have basic computer skills and a working knowledge of Windows-based PC programs
• Ability to work well both within a team environment and independently with good decision-making capability
• Must be customer-service oriented, have a fan-friendly attitude, and a professional demeanor at all times
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented and resourceful, able to learn quickly and handle multiple projects simultaneously

• A high degree of personal integrity
• Experience with large-scale events in an arena, stadium, or concert setting of a similar size (12,000+ seats) is highly desirable
• Previous knowledge of Ticketmaster Host and TM1 ticketing systems is preferred

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required.
• Extensive time spent with moderate to loud noises.
• Frequent bending, sitting or standing for long periods of time
