Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team to provide psychological services to individuals residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities, who are experiencing a wide range of psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders. The Clinical Psychologist will be involved in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients while providing therapeutic interventions for both individuals and groups in care facilities across the Greater Seattle Metro and Rural Washington area.
Behavioral Health Solution's (BHS) team of mental health treatment professionals specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for adult and geriatric patients residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities. As a leading provider of behavioral health services, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber that share our commitment to provide state-of-the-art mental health services to patients in the Seattle and Tacoma area.
Responsibilities:
- Complete diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting both in-person and remote using company provided Tele-Health software.
- -Keep accurate and detailed clinical records of treatment plans, interventions, and progress reports via our EMS - Athena I.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across both BHS and facility staff, including primary care providers, psychiatrists, and therapists to ensure coordinated care for patients.
- Educate clients and their families regarding psychological issues, providing counseling and support to assist them in managing their disorders.
- Complies with agency policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time OR Part-Time, W2 Employee or 1099 Independent Contractor options available.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- Board Certified Psychologist within the State of Washington
- NPI (National Provider Identifier)
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS
Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience with EMR/EHR Systems (Athena I, a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, organized and functions under stressful situations.

Pay: $100,000 to $120,000 Annual Salary
