Summary Job Description
Reporting to the COO and based in St. Louis, MO, the Director of Operations will be responsible for executing strategic plans, goals, and objectives for all Pacesetter Health clinics across the country.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support national operations by implementing projects in a complex healthcare organization
- Drive strategic alignment within span of control and influence, leading a culture of continuous improvement
- Communicate corporate performance expectations to regional leadership throughout the organization
- Implement, disseminate, and administer operations strategies and objectives to ensure the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives
- Work closely with providers post acquisition to drive organizational vision and operational strategy
- Collaborate with COO and Regional Vice Presidents to design a range of operational activities that are scalability focused
- Stay abreast of changing regulations that may impact clinical operations
- Light travel to current operating markets required
Qualifications and Experience
- 6-10 years of total work experience with demonstrated leadership skills in healthcare operations management
- Self-starter, highly motivated; ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle multiple projects with changing priorities
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; proficient with Excel modeling
- Best-in-class communication skills (verbal and written)
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
