Truecare Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa is a unique and exciting brand for concierge cosmetic surgery and medical aesthetic services in South California. Now hiring for our Irvine Location.

We are looking for an full time, energetic, motivated, dynamic and creative person to be our front desk / receptionist. The ideal candidate will be our brand ambassador to deliver the very best first impression to our patients.

The ideal candidate has a outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills, who has strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

The candidate must be able to multi-task as you interface with office staff, management, and most importantly with patients. Preference for the candidate to speak Chinese.

Must have an outstanding customer service skills, attention to detail, creative problem solving skills and a can-do mind set.

Essential Functions:

* Has a friendly outgoing personality.

* Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel

* Answers questions about our office and services provided

* Use electronic medical records to book appointments, create estimates and invoices

* Takes payment for services and products

* Order office supplies and assist providers

Essential Qualifications:

* 2 years work experience in a similar work setting preferred: plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, medical spa

* Out-going and a happy personality and enjoys customer contact

* Have a passion for Medical Aesthetics

* Professional appearance

* Strong ability to sell products and introduce services

* Multi-task all duties to ensure effective and efficient operations

* Proven Customer Service Excellence

* Associate degree or higher education

* Knowledge of social media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
