Job Title: Full-time YouTube Content Creator

Job Summary:

We have started a new youtube channel where we want to show behind the scenes of our business. We are willing to negotiate 10% of any future ad revenue that comes from this channel as well to the right person. We grow, you grow!

We are seeking a talented and creative YouTube Content Creator to join our team. As a YouTube Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing high-quality video content that resonates with our target audience and helps us achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging video content for our YouTube channel that aligns with our brand and business goals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content ideas that are relevant to our audience and drive engagement
• Write scripts, film, and edit video content using industry-standard video editing software
• Manage YouTube channel analytics and performance to drive improvements in views, engagement, and subscriptions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video content creation and YouTube optimization
• Work with the marketing team to create video content for other marketing channels such as social media and email marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and collaborators in our industry to create collaborative content for our channel

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating video content for YouTube or other social media platforms
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
• Strong storytelling and creative skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Passion for YouTube and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices

Education and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience creating video content for YouTube or other social media platforms
