Moorhouse Coating, a leading provider of high-quality coating solutions, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to join our team in Park City, Utah. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business management, as well as a proven track record in leading and managing teams.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the company and ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the business.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives, while keeping in line with the company's vision and values.

Manage and lead a diverse team of employees, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to foster a positive work environment and drive employee engagement.

Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics, ensuring the company's financial health and stability.

Collaborate with other departments to optimize business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's reputation for excellence.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies, taking corrective action when necessary.

Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform business decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the Moorhouse Coating brand.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably within the coatings or related industry.

Demonstrated success in managing complex business operations and achieving financial targets.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Proven experience in leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant saas business software.

Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
