*The Day-to-Day

• Take inventory of and restock refreshment centers using current systems and technology.
• Verify information food details (e.g., expiration dates, storage temperatures).
• Inspect refreshment centers for functionality and clean as necessary.
• Stock and maintain the refreshment center cart.
• Assist with unloading and storing of orders from storage.
• Dispose of trash, straighten up, exchange dirty glasses and/or utensils -- as needed.
• Operate cart through guest floors to assigned rooms and greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Attend to other tasks (as assigned by management).

Supervisory Responsibilities: n/a

• Active listening skills: The ability to be fully present in the experience, fully concentrated, and prepared to respond having remembered all that was requested by the guest.
• An uncanny attention to details: No guest detail should be overlooked or taken for granted.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Though prior experience is preferred, it is not necessary.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors. Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.
