ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Office Manager must be able to consistently and successfully perform all essential functions of the position.

1. Ensure effectiveness of assigned program offices, including reception and switchboard.

2. Ensure maintenance of paper and electronic program records.

3. Ensure efficiency of assigned program office location(s).

4. Directly Supervise Administrative Services team members based on function or location

5. Maintain contact with Director of QA &Administrative Services, as well as appropriate external and internal agencies, organizations and groups to recommend program office and/or agency wide changes that ensure the greatest level of efficiency in office functions

6. Maintain regular contact and communication with Director of QA & Administrative Services, Program Directors and/or Program Assistants to ascertain and ensure administrative support as needed

7. Adheres to The Summit Center Core Agency Values of Adaptability, Accountability, Collaboration, Integrity, Optimism and Respect

8. Adheres to The Summit Center employment policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook including, but not limited to dress code, attendance and punctuality and Paid Time Off

9. Perform any other duties as directed by the Director of QA & Administrative Services

· EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - Minimum of an Associate’s degree with at least 3 years’ experience in an office environment and two years supervisory experience is required. Experience with Educational Setting, intakeand/or discharge planning, and experience with OPWDD, , /or NYSED is highly preferred.

· CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Etc. – valid NYS driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
