Job Responsibilities
- Ensures that department operations are in full compliance with accrediting and regulatory agency standards.
- Responds promptly to requests from other departments or staff and maintains cooperative relationships accordingly.
- Provides leadership and staff support to Board members, volunteers and committees to meet fundraising objectives.
- Holds self, staff and other leaders accountable for results including exceeding donor, volunteer and customer expectations.
- Coordinates and monitors the development of annual plans and budgets.
- Monitors financial performance to ensure it meets budgeted revenue/expense ratios.
- Oversees fundraising and donor relations related activities.
- Organizes, monitors and coordinates fundraising activities.
- Manages a portfolio of approximately 75 – 100 qualified relationships.
- Establishes an annual and ongoing strategic/systematic focus on closing six – seven figure commitments for individuals, foundations and corporations.
- Ensures that the ongoing process of identification, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship and re-solicitation of prospects and donors occurs successfully.

Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
6 years of experience in the field.
Skills:
Demonstrated success in face to face solicitation and an ability to motivate teams for results.
