Position Summary: This is a great opportunity to work in a very respected, busy Neurology clinic as a Receptionist. Successful candidate must maintain a friendly, professional image at all times in the office and in all communications. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining good patient and staff relations along with providing outstanding customer service

Essential Job Functions: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain an efficient, orderly workflow at the Front Desk. Accurate data entry Collect money for copay's, account balances, retail sales Keep Reception area and Waiting Room clean, tidy, and sanitized Day-end system balancing Appointment scheduling Will gradually learn other responsibilities within the office

Qualifications: Proficient computer skills and professional and friendly demeanor. Candidate should be detail-oriented, a self-starter, and have a high level of integrity. Previous office experience preferred but not mandatory.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5 pm No evenings or weekend
