Meador Staffing Services is looking to hire a Staffing Consultant for one of their offices! We are experiencing tons of growth and are looking to add to our Pasadena team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all recruiting, screening, testing, and staffing activities, including posting of positions, processing applicants, documenting communication and conducting new-hire orientation.
• Ensure that all assigned personnel have been processed in a timely manner according to Meador standards, client standards and laws.
• Make hiring and termination decisions of temporary or assigned employees.
• Maintain recruiting and interviewing resources to ensure recruitment of best-available candidates for clients.
• Communicate and counsel with assigned employees and clients regarding performance, wages, benefits, and other employment related matters.
• Represent the company at job fairs, schools, and other recruitment functions.
• Meet with clients in person to present Meador services.
• Manage all termination documentation, including unemployment claim documentation.
• Manage client staffing needs through constant and applicable communication

QUALIFICATIONS:

-1-2 years of recruiting or Staffing experience is a plus

-Must be goal and team-oriented

-Must be willing to work in Deer Park or Pasadena

-Strong written and verbal communication

SCHEDULE: Mon- Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm

PAY: $41k base salary plus commission
