Job Overview

We have put together a very strong package for the right individual to join us as the Revenue Cycle Analyst. In supporting the business office, the Revenue Cycle Analyst will provide optimization of the revenue cycle by ensuring that all processes are performed efficiently and effectively, and that all reporting, EHR systems, and other technology support these efforts.

Core Duties

· Assist with revenue cycle performance improvement initiatives by ensuring the accuracy of charge capture, coding, and adherence to regulatory and billing compliance requirements.

· Work with department directors and support clinical staff for new program and procedure developments and provide education for accurate charge capture.

· Collaborates with key constituents in different functional areas to assist in designing reports that meet the organization’s business requirements and KPI reporting metrics.

· Responsible for ensuring that all Revenue Cycle related applications are optimized and support all functions that promote timely reimbursement and encounter resolution.

· Demonstrate effectiveness in monitoring daily work activities, evaluating, training, and motivating performance.

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Key Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business-related field.

· 5+ years’ experience in a healthcare setting, or combined years of relevant education and experience to perform the essential duties of this position.

Pay: $28.50 - $38.00 per hour
