• Up Scale Restaurant Experience a plus

• Must be able to carry at least 50lbs
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to read and follow recipes to the letter
• Must be able to work well with others and take direction while in busy conditions
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be eligible to work in the US

Established south-end Hilton Head Island restaurant is looking for a sous chef. Candidate must possess good knife skills with an emphasis on meat and fish. Candidate must have a positive customer oriented viewpoint and be able to take direction from chef. At least three years cooking experience. Monday-Saturday, closed Sundays and major holidays. Compensation based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
