As a Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, you will work on a variety of demand management, commercial analytics, and Salesforce enablement. Activities include, but are not limited to commercial analytics, demand management, process automation, CRM maintenance and execution, and identifying the capabilities needed to meet the current and emerging business needs of a significant business area. In this position, you will motivate others to develop their capabilities and fulfill their personal potential by implementing performance management processes, which will empower people to do extraordinary things to achieve the organization's business goals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build a strong dynamic team that will drive transformation to the commercial side of our business
- Commercial Data Analytics
- Demand Management in our SIOP Process
- Process and System Automation/Improvement
- CRM and Marketing Integration across all commercial business
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred Major: Finance, Marketing, Computer Science, or Other Quantitative Heavy Major)
- Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analytics preferably on the commercial side.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing people
- Ability to easily synthesize and develop insights from substantial amounts of data and information
- Project management skills to lead change and automation efforts
- Analytical proficiency and strong ability to see the big picture at the same time
- Familiarity with communicating and presenting results to clients, team, and leadership.
